Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for any problem. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling.
To start the return process, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
For returned items, defective items will receive a full refund, including shipping charges incurred for the return. For non-defective items, only the cost of the items will be refunded and return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.).
